Franklyn Shih, MD – Chief Medical Officer


Board Certified MD, provides leadership for all aspects of Medical Affairs. Collaborates with other leaders to generate and document improvements in quality of care and services, safety and appropriateness of care, and customer satisfaction. Dr. Shih works with the administration of IWA physicians in strategic planning, operational change and clinical care initiatives. Doctor Shih represents IWA administration in medical staff governance and the oversight of quality of care. His is a central figure in enforcing the medical staff bylaws and assuring operational efficiency, convenience, and responsiveness to the medical staff.


Randall D. Miller, MD - Medical Director


Dr. Miller is an experienced Primary Care Physician with an extensive and successful track record serving Veterans, leading and training medical doctors and clinical support staff in the Veteran Health arena. He leads our team of healthcare professionals in providing medical services and evaluations. His focus is on training and advising physicians and other clinicians across the country working on various IWA projects. He establishes and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and operational policies to ensure safe, effective, efficient and economical medical evaluations.
