Provides leadership to position Ivan Walks and Associates (IWA) at the forefront of the Health and Human Services industries. Dr. Walks provides the IWA the strategic vision to advance IWA’s mission and objectives and to ensure impact, profitability and growth as an organization. In addition, Dr. Walks oversees company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Jeanell J. Hines, MA – Chief Operations Officer

 
 

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of professional executive experience who provides strong program administration, operation, leadership and personnel management oversight to IWA’s contract project. Exceptional abilities in program and project management principles, strategic planning, problem solving, organizing and coordination of people and resources for program development. A member of the IWA executive team since 2011 directing such subcontractor project at the US Army 21 Million TDRL project, LHI, VetFed, and MSLA Veterans project, and the Pivot State of Maryland occupational medicine contract. Franklyn Shih, MD – Chief Medical Officer

 

Board Certified MD, provides leadership for all aspects of Medical Affairs. Collaborates with other leaders to generate and document improvements in quality of care and services, safety and appropriateness of care, and customer satisfaction. Dr. Shih works with the administration of IWA physicians in strategic planning, operational change and clinical care initiatives. Doctor Shih represents IWA administration in medical staff governance and the oversight of quality of care. His is a central figure in enforcing the medical staff bylaws and assuring operational efficiency, convenience, and responsiveness to the medical staff.

Randall D. Miller, MD - Medical Director

 
 

Dr. Miller is an experienced Primary Care Physician with an extensive and successful track record serving Veterans, leading and training medical doctors and clinical support staff in the Veteran Health arena. He leads our team of healthcare professionals in providing medical services and evaluations. His focus is on training and advising physicians and other clinicians across the country working on various IWA projects. He establishes and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and operational policies to ensure safe, effective, efficient and economical medical evaluations. Dr. Miller possess current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in multiple U.S. states.
