Provider Satisfaction Strategy Development and Training

IWA supports the Clinical Optimization Military Provider ALHTA Satisfaction Strategy (COMPASS) program under the Chief Medical Technology Officer of the U.S. Air Force’s Modernization Directorate. Our responsibilities include training and development of clinical workflows and assistance in the administration and maintenance of the COMPASS program.  This work also entails evaluations of clinical documentation workflows in outpatient and inpatient settings to determine areas for improvement in efficiency and quality of clinical documentation.
