Provider Satisfaction Strategy Development and Training

From September 2009 to September 2010, IWA provided support to the Clinical Optimization Military Provider ALHTA Satisfaction Strategy (COMPASS) program under the Chief Medical Technology Officer of the U.S. Air Force’s Modernization Directorate. Our responsibilities included training and development of clinical workflows and assistance in the administration and maintenance of the COMPASS program.  This work also entailed evaluation of the workflows in the military health outpatient and inpatient settings to determine areas for improvement in efficiency and quality of clinical documentation.
