Psychological Health and Resilience

IWA provided clinical analysis and technical assistance to the U.S. Navy’s Bureau of Medicine and Surgery’s (BUMED) Operational Stress Control (OSC) program. Moreover, IWA worked with the OSC stakeholders to analyze OSC content and guarantee that information and materials were specific to each of the Navy/Marine Corps communities (Sea, Air, Ground, and Medical) and the organizational levels, disciplines, and relationships within each community (e.g. officers, enlisted, family members, etc).  IWA also made contributions to the development of survey tools designed to capture the reactions of Sailors and Marines to OSC awareness and education content as it is delivered.
